Daleel Petroleum has officially launched its Local Community Contractors (LCC) Certification as a Special Status within the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS), reinforcing its commitment to supporting Omani companies from its concession areas.
The Daleel Petroleum LCC initiative is designed to identify and recognize eligible local contractors whose company owners are permanent residents of designated communities, enabling stronger local participation in the procurement ecosystem.
Through this certification, approved LCCs gain enhanced visibility on the JSRS platform, allowing Daleel Petroleum, its contractors, and other buyers to easily identify and engage with qualified local suppliers.
Both existing and new JSRS-registered Omani suppliers can apply for the Daleel Petroleum LCC Special Status by submitting the required ownership and supporting documentation through the JSRS portal. A valid JSRS Certificate is a mandatory prerequisite to apply.
This initiative supports Daleel Petroleum’s commitment to local content development, community empowerment, and long-term economic sustainability within its operational areas.
